OUR MISSION
The ESG ADR Forum is a non-profit initiative founded by Legal Plus and L2 i-CON International to address the complex challenges posed by Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues in today’s world. The Forum’s mission is to advance responsible dispute resolution methods specifically tailored to ESG-related disputes and to promote Responsible ADR through ethical and sustainable practices.
It is my privilege to serve as President of the ESG ADR Forum, a platform dedicated to integrating Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into Appropriate Dispute Resolution (ADR). As the world faces significant challenges, from environmental degradation and social inequities to governance issues, the Forum’s mission is to make dispute resolution a force for positive, sustainable change. Our goal is not just to resolve disputes, but to build a community that leads in aligning dispute resolution with broader societal and environmental objectives. By developing frameworks for ESG-related disputes and promoting responsible ADR, we are working towards a future where dispute resolution supports the health of our planet and the well-being of our communities. The Inns of Court Malaysia (ICM), established in 2016, is a premier professional body dedicated to fostering fellowship, mentorship, and continuous legal education within the Malaysian legal community.
